Leif the Lucky is a wonderful blend of estate grown merlot and cabernet.  Named for Leif Eriksson whose nickname was Leif the Lucky, was the second of three sons of the famed Viking explorer Erik the Red.  This red wine brings forth the best of our estate grown grapes in a smooth but complex finish.  Like all of our wines, it has been aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels.
