Thor Cabernet is estate grown in volcanic soils present in the Staggs Leap range. Hints of dark cherry and chocolate, robust with subtle oak flavor adds to the layers of complexity throughout. 

Pairs well with a bone in NY strip, and grilled autumn vegetables, smoked or wood charred salmon.

Aged 18 months in toasted French oak barrels.

Ready to drink now but can happily be saved and enjoyed for years to come.
